September upgrade for DFSOCIAL tournaments🔥
DFS community, we hope you’ve enjoyed all the recent decisions the DFS team has made to accommodate our community! We’ve been working overtime to provide the best products and services for our loyal community, and we have some exciting news to unveil!
As the team continues to monitor the community’s desires, we have concluded that some changes to the platform are necessary to encourage more Sponsors on the platform to participate in the ecosystem.
The following new features and changes will be implemented and be effective immediately; let’s take a quick look at the changes!
New Tournament Tier System:
The newly created Tier Levels include Gold, Silver and Bronze.
👉 The Gaming Pass has been removed to increase the utility on DFSocial and to improve the performance in price.
👉 The tokens required to lock in order to enter each tournament are now one (1) token per Team (on every type of tournament available) for 1 month.
👉 You will also be able to “premature unlock” the one (1) token after five (5) days paying a 5% fee on bDFSOCIAL .
👉 The rewards distributed for all tournaments have been changed to a dynamically tiered system explained below.
📌 These changes were necessary to lower the cost for all users that were previously interested in becoming a Sponsor but couldn’t, due to the high opportunity-cost of a single Gaming Pass which used to cost every user around ten (10) tokens to own one.
New Dynamic Tiers:
The DFS team strongly believes this newly tiered system will improve the price performance of the token by encouraging more purchases with a much lower barrier to entry,
Reduce the selling pressure & increase the token usage as a whole.
â—Ź Bronze: < 32 players registered in a tournament, 10 $bDFSocial as Prize Pool.
â—Ź Silver: < 64 players registered in a tournament, 15 $bDFSocial as Prize Pool.
● Gold: ≥ 64 players registered in a tournament, 20 $bDFSocial as Prize Pool.
